Dr. Janssen provides a full explanation of the physical procedure as well as post-op care, pain management, and expected timeline. All information was spot on and useful for care and treatment.
If this is about today, I saw the NP, Chase Brown. I like both. Both polite, professional and kind. Both answer questions and very honest.
when i told Dr. Janssen i needed shoulder surgery he was as ready as i was. my pain before surgery was always between 6-10 and i couldn't do much with my dominate left arm. every one involved at sportsmed and Crestwood hospital were very professional. so happy with my results. I appreciate Dr. Janssen’s thorough explanation of the imaging, procedures, and recovery expectations. He did the same surgery on my husband’s same knee last year. I send all my patients to him as well.
This was my second injury that Dr. Janssen fixed well. Both went well. SportsMED is busy, but they take care of you quickly. The surgeries seemed to go well. The physical therapists aggressively helped me recover. Follow-ups proved to me that I healed well.
