Dr Jansen and his team are amazing. They are timely with their communication. Outstanding in their care of me. They listened to me without rushing me. Dr Janssen is the best doctor I have ever used. His bedside manners are impeccable—-he spends as much time as you need answering questions, explaining options and explaining each option in detail. This is my 3rd surgery with Dr Janssen(both rotator cuffs and now total knee replacement) and each has been super successful. His staff is second to none. Dr Janssen and his team, to include medical Staff and administrative team displays a high level of Knowledge, professionalism, courteousness and caring for patients. Dr Janssen’s bedside manner is second to none.
He spends as much time with you as you need. He answers all questions. I really like his follow-up technique using the Get Well portal.
Dr Janssen is excellent!! His office staff extremely helpful and professional!! I have been to other great doctors, but their staff was horrendous. Every aspect of Dr Janssen was great! He tells you what to expect, exactly, his staff offers all information to help you. They are kind and compassionate, everything happened just as we were told. No surprises. Great Doctor and staff!
I've had several surgeries with Janssen. In each occasion he has suggested alternatives before giving in to surgery. I trust his professional judgment and his skillset. Wouldn't use anyone else.
My visits are normally completed in a timely matter. No long waiting to be seen while also providing to upmost care and concerns for myself and my and physical ailment. DR Janssen is professional band fun loving and puts me at ease knowing he's going to help get me back to the life I had before double knee replacement. His staff is wonderful. I have now had both my knees replaced. I've excelled with therapy having numerous compliments on my range of motion only 2 weeks post-op and the appearance of my surgical scars. I only contribute my success to placing my trust and care in Dr. Janssen. He's the best!
