Everyone is always friendly, courteous and helpful. They are very good to listen to your concerns and offer ideas that are helpful.
Dr. Janssen is a wonderful doctor. You don't feel rushed at your appointments. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues. He offers suggestions on what course of action to take. He doesn't automatically suggest surgery, though he is an excellent surgeon. The majority of time you get seen within 15 minutes of your appointment; however, sometimes it might be a little longer, but I have never waited more than 25 minutes.
I feel well looked after by Dr. Janssen and his staff.

Dr. Janssen is absolutely the best orthopedic doctor. His quality of care and concern for his patients is superb. I have had total knee replacement on both knees and I'm now able to walk without the aid of a cane and the knee pain I had before surgery is now gone.
I have had many surgeries over the years with many surgeons. Dr. Janssen is by far my favorite surgeon. He explains things very simply so that it's easy to understand and he has a great personality. His entire team is awesome. The results from his surgeries are just as expected.
I will most definitely use Dr. Janssen again. I honestly feel he is best there is. I have the utmost confidence in him.
Post knee replacement surgery.
