Dr. Janssen and his staff are very courteous and professional. They wil go the extra mile to ensure the patient is cared for in the best way.
Dr Jensen repaired a MCL I just saw Gary and nurse who removed my stitches and told me everything looked great.
This doctor is outstanding. With my first shoulder surgery, I saw him for a second opinion since the physician I was referred to wanted to proceed with surgery at once. Dr. Janssen was more conservative and allows the patient to be fully involved in any treatment decision. With my second shoulder, which did require a rotator cuff repair, he did a great job and I believe I will have a positive outcome. He and his staff are very friendly snd supportive as well. Dr. Janssen cares about his patients well-being. He performed my knee replacement and did excellent work very satisfied I would highly recommend him
Would highly recommend Dr Janssen and his team! Was extremely pleased with first knee replacement back in September and had the other replaced 9 months later. Wouldn’t let anyone else do this procedure but Dr Janssen and his team. They ROCK!!
Everyone is always friendly, courteous and helpful. They are very good to listen to your concerns and offer ideas that are helpful.
Dr. Janssen is a wonderful doctor. You don't feel rushed at your appointments. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues. He offers suggestions on what course of action to take. He doesn't automatically suggest surgery, though he is an excellent surgeon. The majority of time you get seen within 15 minutes of your appointment; however, sometimes it might be a little longer, but I have never waited more than 25 minutes.
I feel well looked after by Dr. Janssen and his staff.
