Dr Jansen changed my life. I had progressive pain in my knee for many years. I used another group and I had done injections and gels. Went to see Dr Jansen and he said I was a candidate for knee replacement. I can say without a doubt it was absolutely the best experience. I had a horrible rotator cuff tear that was almost beyond repair but Dr. Jansen did an amazing job of repairing the tear with very minimal scarring. His staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. After the surgery, he provided a full description of the procedure with pictures. He and his staff are also available to answer any questions to alleviate any questions or concerns.
The pre-consultation visits were great. Everything was explained to my satisfaction about what to expect the day of surgery and the after care. Dr. Janssen and his team, Gary, Lindsay, Desiree, and the others, are excellent in helping make this major surgery decision with confidence.
Very professional. I received great care and services were available at the office without waiting. Results were ready within minutes for xrays, and followup were consistent,easy, organized, and individualized. My surgery experience was planned, implemented, and supported all the way through. Visit to assess the injury to my knee went well. Dr. Janssen was very informative and explained the nature of the injury as seen on the MRI as well as the recommended surgery. His manner and confidence in the surgery were very reassuring.
I had been to other doctors with no relief and decided to try dr Janseen. From the start he was very friendly and listened to me. So far things have been a lot better and i am very grateful.
This is my third experience with Dr. Janssen. First time in 1994 for a knee problem, second in in about 1999 for an elbow problem, and again this spring for a knee problem. All of my experiences with Dr. Janssen could not have had better results. The lack of pain following my recent surgery was incredible. I took one pain pill at bedtime following the surgery as a precaution (to stay ahead of any pain), and never took another one.
