Dr. Eric Shiffrin is a fabulous endocrinologist. I needed a doctor who would take me seriously, treat me intelligently, and listen to me. I don't need a song and dance. I need information and competance. He fits the bill for me. He did an excellent job coming up with a treatment plan that has brought my diabetes into marvelous control and helped me to qualify for a knee replacement that I've needed for years. I am so grateful!
I always like to shake my doctors hand and make eye contact with them. He never did, he was putting hand sanitizer on his hand. OK so let me shake his hand and thank you. On the way out. He doesn’t even look at me. He does not shake my head he has more hand sanitizer he didn’t make eye contact with me. You know I didn’t have any concern from this doctor. Very disappointing.
