My son was extremely nervous about the dentist and very fidgety. Instead of allowing the sedation to kick in, Dr. Ladd tried to work on my half sleep, half scared child. He made two attempts to take X-Rays and because my son wouldn't stay still, he quit. He opted for surgery instead of working a little harder to gain my son's trust. In the end, I paid for sedatives and a terrible experience. The same day I took my son to another pediatrician in Gary, IN no less, and everything went fine.
I really like Dr Ladd my daughter is 13 and has been seeing him since she was 3. The only grip I have is he never has any after school appt, available. I just called for a cleaning and they said they could not get her in until summer and they will be off Spring break : {. Time to move on.
