Excellent staff!! Phenomenal doctors who LISTEN and have helped me significantly!! Stacie and Dr. Innes and their techs are greatly appreciated!!
"Dr" Innes is a minimalist hack. Very rude and unprofessional. He shows no interest in pain prevention, except to bleed your insurance as long as possible. I am in far worse pain than when we started and my spine and hip are in worse shape. Avoid at all costs!
Spends the time educating explaining and listening. Is gentle and efficient. Alway a good experience.
Every appt his medical care is fine. No complaints. However, EVERY appt we wait 20-30 minutes in the waiting room and the exam room. Never even close to being on time. The length of scheduled appt times needs extending to accommodate his time with patients. Improvement needed!
Dr Innes is the miracle man! He is personally persistent on finding a resolution to your needs. He has helped me in ways that no one before him have been able to do. He listens to you, he is emphatic on a personal level. I've never had any doctor ever call me to follow up and make sure I was ok. With a grateful heart...Thank you ! Sincerely, Michael Sperry
