Eric was great to work with! He supported my independence and reigned me back in when making offers on a couple properties and negotiating. He even was amused when looking through a couple homes on our "maybe" list out of curiosity. I particularly recall when I called out "Marco", and he replied, "Polo"...when "lost" at the other end of a oddly laid out home.
