I love dr eliason and his staff that I have been going to for over 30 years . He always treated me with nothing but love and compassion. He caught my esophageal cancer at early stages. I have to get my esophagus stretched every two months and I had such a bad experience with the new front desk lady. They called me to come up 3 hours early and I made it there in 20 mins but they kept taking everyone else first so after I waited 1.5 hrs I asked her why they called me in early to sit and wait. I scheduled a procedure with this office and took time off work based on the agreed appointment date. Later I received a call saying the doctor could no longer see me that day. Very frustrating situation, especially after arranging time off and planning around the procedure. I understand schedules can change, but I was disappointed with how little effort was made to accommodate the inconvenience.
