Eric Figg, what can I say? If he's not the worst "buyer's agent" I challenge someone to tell me who is. Obviously the likes of Bernie Madoff have to be eliminated since to the best of my knowledge, but who knows, Mr. Figg has never spent any time in prison, but that's not by my decision.
