Initial meeting went fine, but once all the tests were ordered to find out why I’ve had GI issues for over a year the Dr went MIA. Calling and messaging the practice for over a week to find out if I have infectious disease and demanding treatment. Only to be told the Dr is conveniently out of the office all week. Ordering tests for life-threatening contagious diseases then not being available to share those results with your patients is incredibly negligent and unprofessional. I found Dr. Chu to be quite knowledgeable and was able to point out that I had cancer in my colon and the prior Doctor neglected to let me know. He did an endoscopy and that went very well also. Now I will be seen for colon checkups every 5 years as Dr. Chu recommended.
