First off, Dr. Brewer is at a top-notch organization Grandview Medical Center all of my doctors are at Grandview primary care, cardiologist urologist I’m very pleased. It’s worth the trip to Birmingham but as for Dr. Brewer, it was my first meeting. I was very impressed because he came across as a real doctor. I haven't had much luck with Dr. Brewer. My dissatisfactions' have been the timeliness of my reports whereas I had to call and message his office to get my reports. I had a 4Kscore test done 05/01/2024 the final report to Brewers office was dated 5/10/2024, I did not get the results until 6/10/2024 . My PSA Lab (in office) was done on 10/11/2024; I messaged him on 11/14/24, 11/17/24, 11/21/24 and I called his office 2 times leaving messages. I finally got my notification on 11/23/2024, the results are dated 10/14/2024
Great medical practice, I did not have to wait ten minutes before I was seen. The check in was seamless and all the staff was very efficient, the office was clean and set up well. Sometimes I had trouble getting blood drawn, but the nurse here did an excellent job and put me at ease. This was the first time I have seen Dr Brewer at this office, and I couldn't be more pleased with his exam. My husband has not had any luck with getting his test results from the office. It has been 3 weeks and no one has let him know anything. He and I both called the office wanting the results and was left on hold for over 20 min and no one picked up. Dr Brewer rushed him out of his appointment and he did not get answers as to what was going on even after he was referred but the ER !
Dr. Brewer is an outstanding physician. I could not be happier with the care I received from everyone on just staff.
