Went to MUSC for cat bit. Dr. Angermeier proceeded to surgically clean out the joints and tendons. Though he looked far too young to be a doctor, he's definitely a good surgeon. Was great at communication and articulated well what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. Would definitely recommend him to others looking for his expertise.

JUNE 23 , 2014 I was in a table saw accident.I lost 4 of my fingers .nobody else would attempt to reattach my fingers due to the severity and complications of the accident..after hours of surgery ; reattaching all my tendons , vessels , arteries , and muscles I woke up to this real nice doctor who seemed to treat me as his own flesh and blood.Today I am able to use my hand and work like I used to. I thank God for Dr.Angermier

My son was bit by a shark fishing one evening. In the ER, the physicians knew a hand specialist was needed. Dr. Angermeier was consulted and performed surgery. He was so kind, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He did an amazing job. His hand has healed so nicely with a minimal scar. Our family is so thankful Dr. Angermeier was the hand surgeon. All follow up appointments and procedures went great. Not only is he a great surgeon but a wonderful, personable Doctor and friend.

While steroid injections into my hand have been very painful experiences when given by other doctors, the shots given by Dr. Angermeier are very tolerable. After Dr. Angermeier just did trigger finger repairs on two fingers, I only needed pain medication for less than 24 hours following surgery. I was using my hand to type on my computer on the second day following surgery. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and calming.
