The chair in question is a TCentric. Purchased in 2021 for approximately $1600. I purchased my chair from the Halifax location and contacted them via email because the chair's casters were locked up. After closer inspection, the culprit was dog hair (photos attd). When needle nose pliers didn't work (their suggestion) with helping to remove the hair (it's wedged inside the caster), I reached out again and provided my feedback that I felt it was a design flaw that the casters don't come apart for easier cleaning. Best chair I have used to help with my back issue and to correct my posture. I purchased ecoCentric Mesh chair and have been using it for 5 years without any issues. I decided to upgrade my chair and add inflatable lumbar support and dual wheel urethane casters. Adrian helped me at the store and he was very knowledgable. A technician came out to my home to customize my chair and he was amazing too. I am planning to purchase another chair in the future and very happy with ErgoCentric.
