First time visitor and I loved it!!....the staff helped us out and were very friendly. i love family owned businesses. Merry Christmas to all!!
Had a great time looking for the tree but they over charged on height of tree and waited a while to pay because no one was around not on a cel phone. We were told be would have waited longer at Walmart. Just Rude!
Very upset with the experience I had here. My family and I had a great time picking out a tree until we had to deal with the employees. After being ignored because they were busy on their cell phone, we were overcharged and insulted with comments such as "you'd wait longer at Walmart." Well at least at Walmart they can properly measure a tree. Merry Christmas to you too Ergle's Farm.
Love this place. My family goes every year and love walking around looking for the perfect Christmas 🎄 . The kids love the train ride and the animals .
We have been getting our tree here for years! Trees are always fresh and stay beautiful! Great selection of trees to choose from!
Love this place! We have always had a great experience and drive from Fort Myers to come here. They let us bring our pup with us too (but please make sure your dog is well behaved and not a marker so they aren't barking at people or urinating on the trees). The workers are always friendly and helpful. They will trim the bottom branches if you want and will shake all the dead needles and leaves out too before netting it and placing it in or on your vehicle! We will try to come every year!
This was our first time to this farm, we live an hour away but the kids had fun cutting down a tree instead picking one out from Lowes parking lot. They are reasonably priced for fresh trees. There was a tractor ride the kids also enjoyed. I would go back. It was a fun experience. The ladies that worked there were very nice and didn't mind answering questions.
This will become a new family tradition for us! Friendly staff and a great experience at a good value. Highly recommend.
