The room is amazing - spacious and luxurious with marble everywhere and a shower big enough for a party. I feel the wait staff let the place down somewhat. The two meals we've had in the restaurant were both badly managed. My husband ate his entree alone, then I was served entree and Main together while he twiddled his thumbs for dessert. Wrong coke was brought, already opened. Zero please, not original. Wrong beer was also brought to the table, again, already opened, so you don't like to send it back. Personale di accoglienza poco qualificato per lo standard hotel. Camerieri in sala colazioni poco attenti e poco disponibili. Per il resto bella location con giardino e piscina. La mia camera ottima.
ma manca il frigobar in camera ed il servizio al punto bar è da migliorare in quanto ad efficienza.
Hotel é excelente. Muito grande com vários espaços, a recepção muito prestativa. Tudo bem limpinho e arrumado. Recomendo.
