The hotel is very beautiful on the surface. I was very surprised to find no mattress protector under my sheet. I did inform the front desk who said he'd tell housekeeping but they apparently didn't get the msg... very expensive dinner in the hotel was o.k., didn't bother going back for more, they stuffed up on serving the dishes, then acted as if it was our fault. Breakfast was good, different from other places but sufficient supplies. They should invest in electric Bain Marie's to keep their eggs & bacon warm.
Clean room and the pool was amazing. Rent cheap, but the take it on expensive food that wasn't worth the money at all. No taste sensation and the hamburger was even bad so I got sick. All without compensation. Breakfast was poor. The younger waiters needs to be taught service and manners from the most charming elder staff!
