After 3 months under the care of a ""specialist"" I still hurt. Came here and for a decent price I do not hurt any more. I was also treated quickly. Will be back.Hope not soon but will be back.
Emergency visit to treat swollen lip from cold sore that became infected w staph. Horrible experience however I was treated very well by both Dr Jake & Dr Heather, whose goal is to get you better, as well as Melissa & Courtney. Prompt service. Best lil secret in town. Thx
Dr Cutia was awesome ! They helped me with mu kidney stones. i was very impressed.
We had a GREAT visit ! My wife was sick with pneumonia , we went to the Emergency Room and waited over 4 hours in a waiting room full of drunk people. We finally gave up and we went to ERgent Med-1. The place was easy to find, it was clean and there was NO WAIT ! Dr Hamm saw us 8 minutes after we got there. They were caring and professional. They took good care of her and we were out the door in less than an hour.
I actually enjoyed getting my lip sewn there ! Great staff, they took good care of me, The doctor is a real Emergency Medicine Physician. They made me laugh while the were fixing my lip.
They Saved our Vacation !! I was driving the boys to Disney World and they got sick. At 8:45 PM on a Tuesday they were open. I saw their sign from I-95, I pulled off exit 36B and landed right in their parking lot. The staff was kind , caring and professional. We saw the Doctor less than 10 minutes after we got there. They made everyone feel better and we got back on the road in less than 45 minutes !! I wish we had a place like that where we live.
This place is Great ! I hurt my knee on Memorial Day, they were open. They got me in in less than 15 minutes. I saw the doctor, had x-rays, was given pain meds and a knee brace. I was out the door and back to the river in less than an hour.
Glad I choose to go here when I needed medical attention. they were fast and very friendliest in town! I definitely will be back.
Gotta tell ya, this is a really great place. The staff really takes time to talk to you. I will definitely make this my first urgent care choice!
