I met Eren through Zillow, and his knowledge and experience with our area helped him to guide us to the right home. He patiently suggested homes and areas in our price range, and trekked all over the area to show us around. Three offers in a hot market later, Eren negotiated tirelessly with the out-of-area owners to help us acquire a home that we felt was right from the start. Now we are here to stay.

I have bought and sold several homes within the last few years and have to say Eren is truly one of the best realtors I have ever dealt with. Erin was my realitor on selling my home, he contacted me about listing my home because it was previously listed he answered all my questions on how he lists his listings. My husband encouraged us to list ourselves to avoid realitor fees, after going good back and forth we came to the conclusion if we where going to look for a home we would go through a realitor most people looking and that are qualified would, and he has the knowledge and experience on how the process works. I asked Eren to be my Buyer's Agent since the house I was interested in was older and I didn't even know what questions to ask. Eren alerted me to several probable problems, ie old wiring, foundation weakness, dry rot and mold to mention just a few. I am so thankful for Eren's guidance.

We actually met Eren as our new neighbor at the time. We felt immediately at ease talking with him and finding out that he was in real estate. We let him know that we were slowly taking our time to check out possible real estate deals that would fit our needs. Eren asked if he could email us and that would give us an avenue for him to help us if needed. Eren was a super realtor to work with. We felt like he had a real marketing plan to help us sell the home. Others wanted to list the house, but didn't have a plan beyond that. And, he went above and beyond by introducing us to local contractors that helped make repairs and updates, which resulted in a higher value for the home. Great job Eren! We would certainly recommend him to others in the Chehalis area.

Eren is a true professional - he's prompt, resourceful, meticulous, and totally easy to work with! He met me at a property I thought was perfect for me (it wasn't), and casually asked a few questions about what I needed & wanted. A couple days later he sent me a link with the message, "This house fits ALL your criteria," and he was absolutely right! He pulled some strings to expedite my offer, and we closed within 3 weeks. If we ever had any questions about anything he would answer them immediately or get back to us very quickly. He wouldn't stop until he found the answers we were looking for. When we were nervous about something he was very good at explaining things and putting our minds at ease. He's very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
