Eren is an honest hard working individual who was always happy to answer all of my questions. He was always very respectful of our home and person. He was always ready and able to help me get my house ready to be listed including his attention to detail. Very professional and polite.

i was really impressed with eren. he did a super job. I'm not the easiest person to work with. Eren had a lot of patience with me and listened to my concerns throughout the process. I felt like he went well above the call of duty! He will be selling Real EState for me in the future for sure. I will recomend him when the time comes. I was a greenhorn. I learned a lot from Eren. Erin was my realitor on selling my home, he contacted me about listing my home because it was previously listed he answered all my questions on how he lists his listings. My husband encouraged us to list ourselves to avoid realitor fees, after going good back and forth we came to the conclusion if we where going to look for a home we would go through a realitor most people looking and that are qualified would, and he has the knowledge and experience on how the process works. I asked Eren to be my Buyer's Agent since the house I was interested in was older and I didn't even know what questions to ask. Eren alerted me to several probable problems, ie old wiring, foundation weakness, dry rot and mold to mention just a few. I am so thankful for Eren's guidance.

We actually met Eren as our new neighbor at the time. We felt immediately at ease talking with him and finding out that he was in real estate. We let him know that we were slowly taking our time to check out possible real estate deals that would fit our needs. Eren was a super realtor to work with. We felt like he had a real marketing plan to help us sell the home. Others wanted to list the house, but didn't have a plan beyond that. And, he went above and beyond by introducing us to local contractors that helped make repairs and updates, which resulted in a higher value for the home. Great job Eren!
