Low keyed, but enthusiastic approach. Very good at developing photo album of our home and property. Courteous and patient with our questions. Achieved very good results for us.
Eren got us $15k over asking and sold our house in 2 days. He was helpful and easy to contact during the entire process. I would highly recommend Eren and Realty World. Eren grew up in Lewis County and is very knowledgeable.
Eren was available to schedule appointments to get our house on the market, he answered our questions in a way that we would understand during the negotiating period, we sold fast.
I would be very cautious if anyone decides to use this person. He did put together a team of agents to help me find a home, but when it came to him locating a home that we wanted, BIG ZERO!. He showed us only 3 houses that he found on his own which none of them matched what we were looking for, mind you this went on for over 3 months. Eren worked diligently to to bring us buyers. after 3 deals fell through we finally sold. we had never had as many prospective buyers come to look at our property. We think Eren did a great job.

i was really impressed with eren. he did a super job. I'm not the easiest person to work with. Eren had a lot of patience with me and listened to my concerns throughout the process.
