I was about to buy a Honda Civic from this guy. All the sudden he wanted to charge me $600 more for registration and taxes.. I found it a bit hi and I called the DMV right after and the registration and taxes for that vehicle was only $300. I let it slide seeing as he told me that the car was in great condition and I could take it to Vegas the same day.
