Chris is very professional and does a thorough job!
We are aware this company has changed hands a few times in the past. These things sometimes happen. However, when this happens, companies need to have representation from said firm to make sure good service can be ensured and continued. All we have had is a guy come out to do the spray service for us. He was always prompt and polite. If they don't show up, consider yourself lucky!!! I wish our shady salesperson never showed! he pretended we were just filling out a form for financing and NOT service unless we got approved. I should have been wary by how fast he read through the terms but he was so nice and assured us nothing was final. Turns out we signed up for service and they showed up the next week even though we never called them to yet. Its been a few weeks and nobody is returning our calls about this issue!! Jim has been servicing our home for the past several years and does an amazing job! Jim keeps us updated when he is on way or if he may be running late. Great communicator . He is one of the nicest, kindest, thoughtful people we know. If there is ever an issue he takes care of it. Very appreciative and glad Jim is our tech!
