So very disappointed in this service! I called to have the inside and outside of Home sprayed. I told the CSR when I called that the only issue we were having a tiny bug, a bit bigger than a gnat, was seen in house. The insect did not fly. The order was written for inside/outside. The tech arrives and says the order stated we had issues with cockroaches. My husband was surprised to hear that and told him absolutely not. My husband shows him the small insect; which the tech did not know what it was, but guessed it to be a box... read more
