Such an awful experience doing business with this organization! They weren't concerned about the safety of the home or my family, only interested in pushing me into a quick closing to get the money, unethical and so unprofessional! Most of their listings have shoddy cheap, makeovers! Beware, you will sorry!!
I've had so many problems with this agency from the first day I moved in. It is now nearly a year later and my upstairs bedroom window still leaks and has caused significant carpet damage and the wall is starting to warp. They came and took pictures and never came back again. I would call several times and they would send me straight to voicemail and id never hear from them again. I also found mold in the home from the leaking window and nothing was done about that either. At least once a month something breaks in my rental ... read more

I would not recommend ERA in El Centro for property management or sale of property. They underestimate the value of homes by $20,000 (at least) and are unprofessional. I would recommend Exit Imperial Realty (Jay Goyal)
I have used ERA several times - three times as a buyer and twice as a seller. On every occasion, Linde Bowman was my Realtor. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. When selling, I got a full package of information and a lot of guidance on setting my selling price. The first house I sold with Linde sold in a week and the second in 2 days. ERA American Realty is a great company to rent from. Any issues that I have had with my rental property have been addressed promptly. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Another plus is that most of the paperwork is done online. This is really convenient if you are relocating from out of state. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new home!
