Poor service and unprofessional I recently fired ERA after using for 10+ years. Here's what you need to know about them if you're looking for property management services. - Bookkeeping problems: Twice screwed up accounting. 1st time cost me ~$500. 2nd they kept $400+ due to me! I had a terrible rental experience with ERA. The home they rented us was unsanitary and they did not do their due diligence to fix it. We signed the lease in a hurry and once we signed it and viewed the home, we discovered the home was infested with cockroaches. Roaches in the fridge, dishwasher, and every part of the house. We had to keep food in Tupperware, sleep with earplugs, and live with the bugs for several months. There is a cleaning fee taken out of every deposit, so the cleaners, repairmen, or someone should have s... read more

I disagree with the previous commenter, I bought my home through agent Glenda Young at ERA Courtyard and I was very pleased with the service I received. I bought my home in 2008 and I still get a Christmas note from her each year incl. the just past Christmas of 2015
