Horrible experience with ERA! Listed my house on the market for more than 20 days and didn’t even get a showing.. I fired ERA and because they didn’t turn in the correct paper to the sellers of the land that I was trying to get… I lost my $2,000 Ernest money. I wouldn’t recommend my dog trying to sell his dog house with this company!! Complete joke! I listed my house with Keller Williams Brittany Purcell - Melody Shoemaker and sold in 15 days.. be careful who you hire.. lesson learned on my end.
