I tried to rent a place with these people and they accepted my application so i sent in my money order. I waited for 2 weeks for them to tell me anything about signing the lease moving in and keys the *************** kept saying someone will contact me but, they never did. Now there saying I owe them about $500 for them pulling the property off the ************* not signing the lease. This company is horrible ! They are charging me for things and will not tell what they are from ! There is no way to get ahold of anyone just a phone number that dont work ! They are trying to kick me out because of a water bill the didnt give me! They gave me a water bill that cover a year! they Will not come fix my hot water tank! Its been out for two day and i work in health care . this is an infection Control issue! This is The Worst Place Ever Don Not Rent From Here They Will Try To Scam You !!!!!!
this is the worst rental company I have ever been with I moved in it took them nine months to send me my first water bill after receiving it we determine that something was wrong as my bills first three months was ranging anywhere over $500 which is not right we found out that it was the toilet they had it fixed they advised that they would prorate my bill for the inconvenience because they hadn't sent me a bill if they would have I would have noticed there was an issue and then it took them months to get it fixed now that t... read more
This management team is horrible. When I moved in the apartment was filthy including roaches. I cleaned it from head to toe using my own products. You can ONLY communicate with the management team by text or email. They will not speak to tenants over the phone. This has caused wasted time due to miscommunication through texting and emailing.
