ERA filed an eviction on me even though I was texting with the management on staying another month. My lease ended due to the owner wanting to sell the house. ***** this company.
They take your money and never get back to you. They don't reply to text messages, or emails and do not currently have a working phone number. I belive it might be a scam since several family members and friends have gone through the same thing!
I moved into my home in July 2024, and from the very beginning, it was clear that the property was not ready for move-in. The house was absolutely filthythe bathroom was disgusting, the floors had dents, electrical outlets were coming out of the walls, and wood was peeling off the floor. This Landlord is terrible, I moved into the apartment in June of 2024 and had a issue with an ex boyfriend trying to have him removed and he didn't like the idea so he had me falsely arrested, I tried to tell the landlord about the problem and had my husband call them but instead of finding out the problem they put me out and are trying to make me pay for things that I am not responsible for. I was only there 6 months
I feel bad for other people and there stories but i personality have had no complaints with my property or the management company. Very terrible, moved in March 2023, in April I notified them of a leak when it rains. They hired a crew to fix the roof, the city came and shut it down due to no permit. Roof was left open, undone. It rained terribly for 2 nights and the whole house started falling apart due to their negligence. They put me in a hotel for a week assuring me the problem would be fixed. Very bad company to deal with, I was approved one week but a week later got denied for a reason I am not aware of, very bad business practices, I would not do business with them!

On this initial run of this applicant, he met our critia with the information we were given from the credit/background pull. Several days later a follow up email was sent from the reporting agencies that didn't pass our qualifications.
These people are **** *****Mithoff has an extremely bad rodent problem an DONT ASK for repair to be made because if they don’t want to pay the money to fix it it’s not getting fix my bathroom had rat which I STEPPED ON WITH MY FOOT AN GOT STRETCHED before it ran back into the next apartment which had a infestation of them as well. These people are money hungry an will tag any repair asked to be made to your rent knowing the maintenance team is supposed to fill those requests. Business response:
This person was evicted due to non payment of rent. She didnt make a personal payment for close to 2 years. Once impact stopped paying her way she was evicted. She had damages to the unit that we billed her for. Anything above normal wear and tear yes we do bill the tenant. Basic business principles and she didnt like that. I wish her well.
ERA are slumlords we have no security lock on the door for months they also send people addicted to Drugs to work maintenance on building parking lot passes I guess dont matter anymore because I rarely have a parking space and now I havent had hot water for two days since waters pipe busted Ive been reaching out to ERA but Im either ignored or disrespected by their worker LICA I will post screenshots from our last conversation just to show how rude this company is to TENANTS WHO PAY RENT ON TIME AND THROUGH THE WHOLE PANDEMI... read more
