RecommendedI absolutely loved living at NE Villas! The only reason i left was because we just bought a house. My building was quiet (inside) & conveniently located to everything! Rent was affordable and any maintenance needs were taken care of quickly. Jake, that works in the office, is the BEST!! He is easy to talk to and very understanding of real life situations. They have always had great management in the 2 1/2 years i lived there. i would definitely reccommend living here.
I love the staff and amenities at Willow Creek! They just remodeled my apartment and it looks great! Safe community and friendly neighbors.
Al principio cuando llegué a este lugar me gusto mucho, se veía muy ordenado, amplio y tenía todo lo que podía necesitar. Dos meses antes de terminar el contrato de arriendo nos llaman a decirnos que van a ir algunas personas que estan interesadas en alquilar a ver el apartamento, no nos pudimos negar porque nos dijeron que es una cláusula del contrato. RecommendedI’ve had the opportunity to visit this property and loved it! You can tell that the team takes pride in their work and really cares to deliver great service to everyone that they meet. Although we chose to stay in the southern suburbs, I would definitely recommend this community!
Terrible experience living at the Calhoun Greenway. The staff was absolutely horrible and they do not respect their residents. I wouldn't suggest that anyone live here, it will cause them nothing but stress and irritation. Living here was easily one of the worst choices I've made. Highly discourage anyone from making that mistake too.
