RecommendedOverall, it has been a great experience so far. I love my apartment and the community and surrounding area has been very enjoyable. There are trails right outside my back door which is perfect for someone who has a dog. I have very few to no complaints thus far. quite and peaceful to live at rent is a lot but saff is aways willing to work with us and are nices about it
Clean, organized and well located. The building is quiet and the club house is a plus!
I lived here for 1 yr (17 to 18). Rent went from 885 to 925 (I moved out). Staff were helpful. Maintenance prompt. Amenities are great, if you use them. Apartments get hot in the summer. Plowing/snow removal not the best in the winter. Parking frustrating. Loved being close to dowtown Hopkins. Loved the trail nearby. Almost ALWAYS too loud of car music around 10/11pm (when I went to bed). Neighbors in my building NEVER said hi back after crossing paths in halls. The Staff was always 1000% helpful and would go out of their way to do whatever they could to give me the best possible experience. The amenities are top of the line. Instituted a no smoking policy and new dog policy all within my year living there! Management is working hard to make it the best possible living experience for everyone. Highly recommend!!!
