My review would be ****** (6 out of 5 stars). Excellent office/Maintenance staff, quick maintenance resolution, great location with access to major freeways 100, 169, 394, and 62, Uptown and downtown Minneapolis. The club house is a fantastic with exercise room, movie theater, office area's, pool and BBQ grills, game room. I have lived here for a year (2017) and would recommend it.

The fact you have to spend an hour circling the whole complex looking for a parking spot at 10pm on a week night, especially when you pay to park in the lots, is actually 100% bogus.
Bigos has done an excellent job giving life to this once troubled community! Office staff is very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend to a friend.
