I really wonder what the employees of this company do all day because it’s definitely not answering emails from tenants. Absolutely terrible communication. They took months to respond and fulfill very important maintenance requests. I am not surprised to see similar opinions in other people’s reviews on here. I am elated to never have to deal with this company ever again.
I called a week ago about one of the properties on a Saturday. Maybe the rudest phone call I have had in 3 months when literally my job is to talk 100 people a day…couldn’t even answer my questions. “Would you let me finish?”. After reading the reviews it all makes sense.
Bettinger Realtors are the worst. If I could give them a zero I would. Empty promises would not fix things and the home was not liveable. Beth lied and did not have repairs done. From the get go she said the repairs will be fixed. The repair man showed up and said repairs needed to be made. The home was dirty when we moved in carpet took three times to vaccum until cleaned. I looked at a house with Beth and it was quite a strange experience. She didn’t even introduce herself or shake my hand, just handed me a business card directly upon arrival. The place was absolutely filthy. When I asked about the lack of upkeep she said “what do you expect for *rent price*” I don’t know? Cleanliness at the least maybe? The AC didn’t even work, which is insane in 104 degree weather, perhaps even illegal. I’ve been renting from this company since February and they are one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. This property was not equipped to rent out at all (sink was broken and leaking within two weeks of move in, ac unit leaked all over the floor, garage door didn’t operate correctly, all the sinks and shower heads were dirty and I had to clean them myself).
