I called a week ago about one of the properties on a Saturday. Maybe the rudest phone call I have had in 3 months when literally my job is to talk 100 people a day…couldn’t even answer my questions. “Would you let me finish?”. After reading the reviews it all makes sense.
Bettinger Realtors are the worst. If I could give them a zero I would. Empty promises would not fix things and the home was not liveable. Beth lied and did not have repairs done. From the get go she said the repairs will be fixed. The repair man showed up and said repairs needed to be made. The home was dirty when we moved in carpet took three times to vaccum until cleaned. Chris is horrible won't return emails or calls. Bettinger and the landlord refuse to return my FINANCIAL deposit. They stole my $2025 and refuse to retur... read more
I looked at a house with Beth and it was quite a strange experience. She didn’t even introduce herself or shake my hand, just handed me a business card directly upon arrival. The place was absolutely filthy. When I asked about the lack of upkeep she said “what do you expect for *rent price*” I don’t know? Cleanliness at the least maybe? The AC didn’t even work, which is insane in 104 degree weather, perhaps even illegal. I’ve been renting from this company since February and they are one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. This property was not equipped to rent out at all (sink was broken and leaking within two weeks of move in, ac unit leaked all over the floor, garage door didn’t operate correctly, all the sinks and shower heads were dirty and I had to clean them myself). Una vez más hago un comentario sobre esta compañía y elimine mi otra opinión porque en verdad son pésimos con la ayuda a los residentes cuando tienen problemas tuve problemas con el calentador de agua de mi casa y pase mas de 1 semana esperando que encontraran el servicio mas barato para ir a cambiar el calentador que ya no servía y estaba vencido todo ese tiempo tuve salidero de agua en mi casa y nunca me pagaron el Bill por este problema los cargos por retrasarte dos o tres días son súper altos sin importar cual sea el pro... read more
