I have tried to contact by phone today and constantly kept on hold for fifty minutes first time saying 2nd in que. Rang again three times later in day kept on hold for long periods and then gave up. I request you ring me. How disgusting is this. I attended Dr Kiat for aprox twenty minutes and charged $200.00 and yet kept on hold for hours to ring him so what is that cost to me?? Your practice is so unprofessional. Your were to send me Text Massage on my appointment but did not do so. I had to ring to confirm.

20/05/26 – I received a referral and got a call to book an appointment. The new iPhone update has a hold feature that can automatically pick up calls when the other end answers. There may have been a slight delay before I spoke, but the receptionist hung up after saying "hello" once. By the time I answered, she had already disconnected.
