My lease was up in January 2018. I paid all my fees on time and paid in full. I even have the proof in a letter the landlord sent me in July 2018. I check my credit report and it said Equity Residential gave me a charged off/collection mark. I never had a payment late and paid of my debt in full! These people are crooks!
