Updated review : They tried to sort things out from the bad experience I had. I do give them props for that. Their prices are still very high for me. Since they tried to make things right I raised my rating from a 2 star to 4 star
Paid $4,600 and my forklift still keeps shutting off. I paid for an initial diagnosis and told them my forklift kept shutting off and leaking oil. They replaced a fuel line to “see if” that fixed the issue. It still shuts off. Then they recommended an extended pm to “ see if “ that fixed the issue. It still keeps shutting off. The forklift was acting better before they serviced it.
