Just had the most challenging and amazing Vinyasa Yoga class with Barry Au-Yeung. It was tough, with light-hearted humor and warm laughter. There were many arm balances and inversions tonight: Crow, Side Crow, Single-Legged Crow, Hurdler 1, Hurdler 2, Headstand, Handstand, Flying Pigeon, Dragonfly, Chinstand, Chinstand Scorpion...It was glorious. I loved every minute of it and my arms feel like jelly. Thank you for the excellent teaching, Barry. Can we do it again tomorrow morning?? �

Everything is pretty standard for the Equinox brand, but the locker room is due for an update. It feels dirty, dated, and has a weird odor. But aside from that, staff is nice, decent equipment, and convenient location.
