It has been approximately 6.5 months since I’ve purchased the unit. Items that were supposed to be completed pre-settlement are still outstanding. Your workers do not arrive on time, nor do they communicate running late; I proactively have to ask when they’ll arrive and remind the usage of floor protection / booties. I purchased a unit over a year ago. The punch list is still not completed. Furthermore, the quality is extremely poor. Hardwood floors have buckled, I've had 2 major water leaks, creating mold/damage. Very unhappy
