i highly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental agency. Their customer service is horrible. We have been trying to contact them for months and still have heard nothing at all, yet... they have no problem taking the rent we diligently pay on time each month.
...the bldg.is in jeopary of being condemmed by the city Code Dept...they (Equinox) seem to care..smh There are many violations...smdh

I used this company to rent my first apartment. They seemed very nice and helpful until the time came to return my security deposit. They avoided me, to the point where I had to go to their office and demand my money or a letter stating why my money was being withheld.
