Caring and Responsive I have been using Dr. Hyppa for over 20 years and have seen his practice grow. Dr. Hyppa and his staff have always been considerate, kind and more than helpful. Yes, sometimes they are not able to arrive at the scheduled time, but don't you want a vet that will put aside routine shots for your emergency? un-professional on all levels I would never reccommend this vet, I had one of my client's horses there and the place is so unorganized, never on time, and the horses get tossed around from the clinic stalls to the tobacco shed where it is dark and dusty. I have heard Thor yelling at clients, oh and his wife is terrible with clients, she ripped the phone out of one of the poor girl's hands to tell a client that she is cheap and shouldn't have her horse there. Ahhh i get frustrated talking about it, dont do business with them.
Never use this Clinic! There are so many wonderful vets out there. Don't waste your time using this one. The office personnel have changed so many times, you never get the same person twice which means you have to explain yourself over and over. Too many billing errors occur. The Dr. doesn't ever return phone calls, but is happy to overcharge for his services. This vet saved my horse's life Yes they are sometimes disorganized at this hospital and you usually have to wait around for the doctor to show up at your farm, but you will be hard pressed to find a vet that isn't running a little late, especially one making farm calls and dealing with traffic and traveling to emergencies.
