I am very sorry to have to give this review. It is only as a last resort from a situation I'm dealing with here. I have taken our dog here for 3 years and been satisfied. I even left a previous review of 5 stars at one time. All of that has changed. We frequently board our basset hound mix here. We dropped him off seemingly happy and healthy on a Thursday morning. Millwood is great! I have been bringing my dog here for years.
I have been taking my Akita and shiba to Millwood for their whole life and I couldn't have chosen a better vet! They know my dogs by name and always seem genuinely interested in their lives. I love going to this vet and will always recommend their services to new pet owners.

Our animals have always received excellent care and we feel that Dr. Smith is an outstanding veterinarian. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Millwood to everyone!
I have been boarding my dog for years when I traveled, but I have never been as pleased with any other facility. The staff at Milwood Pet Ranch is super friendly, Dr Smith is a terrific veterinarian, and the facility itself is ideal. Not only are the suites roomy, but the dogs are able to play and interact with other dogs. It is definitely my dog Chloe's home away from home because she is loved there too.
