For over a month, we have tried to get a prescription for our dog sent to 1800 pet meds. Rather than being honest and upfront with us, Millwood has repeatedly lied to us about supposed issues they were having with office equipment and other lies about the prescription. Had they been honest with us from the beginning and said we would have had to send in the prescription ourselves, we would have picked it up and taken care of it. Starting with a call from the front office before i left home suggesting an alternate route due to road construction to a very thorough, empathetic and communicative exam, the vets and staff are friendly, professional and informative. During my second equine appointment, treatment options were discussed in a pragmatic, calm attitude. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER.DR.BRAUN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND TOMMY IS GREAT.THEY BOTH REALLY CARE AND ARE SUCH GREAT PEOPLE.DR.BRAUN SAVED MY MINI DONKEY HERO AFTER A ANOTHER CLINIC BOTCHED A CASTRATION.HE WAS UNDER HER CARE FOR 6 WKS.DOING GREAT NOW.THIS IS ONLY CLINIC I'll ever use. Just can't say how excellent they are.
The service we receive here is fantastic. We know that our dogs are truly cared for here and Dr. Braun is fantastic. She is always willing to help us find ways to improve the quality of life for our dogs. The services are always affordable. There's absolutely no other clinic that we would trust with our dogs. We love Millwood!
Started taking my pup to see Dr. Braun. She's awesome! Answered all my questions and genuinely cared about Luna. The staff was awesome too!
