Non Existent CS from the overseas call center in the Philippines! Equifax does not have any U.S. CS!
Anyone who's interested in Equifaz,stay away. I called 3 weeks ago cancel services. And never happened I call and placed on hold for hours and than get disconnected. Now have to cancel my cc in order for them not to charge it. I will stay with CreditKarma instead never gonna make that mistake again!
EQUIFAX commonly violates The Fair Credit Act and I am no exception. These jerks blocked my credit score and report and an error pops up on the site asking me to call a number and given them a code. When i called 4 times, i always get someone who doesnt speak English and one operator told me that she wanted my entire social security number, when I was already approved and verified by the automated system.
