Equifax is a Co that sells lies. Keeps posting on my score a Deliquent Acct. Which there are none cause competitors Credit score higher and shows no deliquent. Equifax is built on selling false info. If they told the truth or were reliable there be no reason for this review.
These guys are supposed to help you, but they don't. They have refused to help me with a fraudulent credit card by removing my name from the credit card account. The credit card company, Citibank, does not have any of my information nor did they have my permission. Someone added me to their account and Equifax has done nothing. Shame on you.
the worst of the major 3... ive paid 3 accounts in full... sent screen shots showing a zero balance.... and they still show under so called 'reinvestagation' that the balance hasnt changed... pathetic
You don't need protection from online scammers. You need protection from Equifax. It's impossible to cancel a subscription online. You can make multiple calls to customer service and they will lie to you and tell you they are closing your account. They will charge your credit card without your permission. They all should be in jail.
Really nice people at customer service window. If you have credit issues it's not their fault they are there to regulate and maintain good records and data. Pay your bills keep good credit and then you won't have to go down there. I've also found out that doing it online if you need any credit check or freezing it's a very easy and pain-free process once you get signed up.
