Disappointed with the Accuracy and Support Process.This company doesn't even deserve a 1 rating. Unfortunately, my experience with this credit bureau has been quite frustrating. Despite lenders confirming that they have submitted complete and accurate information, Equifax continues to display incomplete data in my credit report. Getting customer service is absolutely impossible. Don't even bother trying to speak with someone working with Equifax
It's impossible to reach customer service personel to discuss the fraudulent and unauthorized hard inquiries they submit on your credit report without a full investigation. its very unlawful,. I'm not going to get started on the data breach notifications I've been recieving. This agency needs to be shut down immediately and consumers deserve a fresh credit start.
