We worked with Jesse Luke to sell our under 30K sq ft storage faciltiy. He found the right buyer for that size facility and stuck with it until close. We had a lot of hurdles to overcome and because of those, we had brokers in the past who were not able to get the job done. Jesse was diligent and always prepared.
