We are still awaiting A/C repairs which we reported 2 weeks prior while our home is 90 degrees which is unliveable. I'd be incredibly hesitant leasing a property with management who fails to address urgent issues like unsafe interior temperatures which is forcing us to utilize code violations through the city as well as legal remedies.
