Minus some cockroach problems on moving in, I appreciated EQ’s speedy responses, frequent maintenance checks, and polite communication.
EQ always made sure things got fixed on time, and was pretty attentive to questions or concerns that we had. Everyone has been polite and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again. I will say sometimes we had to contact multiple different times about things as it seems like the communication between agents is lacking organization. But it was never about urgent stuff.
