Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? I Already Have Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand

I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Busy, professional office. Dr. Epstein is wonderful: direct, great sense of humor, personable and thorough. Tends to run a bit late, tho, so bring a book.
