We have been renting from EPP Rentals of Whispering Pines, NC for 7 months and have had a terrible experience. It took them 2 months to replace overhead lightbuls & provide towel racks for the home. Then the refrigerator/freezer stopped working & we are on day 4 with no end in sight. Their solution is to provide their used office minifridge on loan. Meanwhile we have incurred the expense of the lost food and meals out. They are unfair and unprofessional.
