COPS, SPIES, PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHY, THREATS. Stayed at the treehouse #1 from Epp rentals. The owners spied from the bushes, took photos of me without my permission (in a private space), called the cops, and threatened me with lawsuits. There was a lighter left behind, and they called it "drug paraphernalia". And threatened me with criminal liability (no drugs were done anywhere in the property or near). Oxana Munson and the EPP team are the most phenomenal people to work with. I’ve never once felt stressed about owning a home because she’s so on top of it. She doesn’t let us worry about anything. Thank you team!
