When dealing with a problem nobody wants, Bryan made it bearable. After bringing home a bedbug from the workplace, one treatment with him is all it took to eliminate them. His wife was wonderful and informative when I called to ask about their services. Bryan went into detail on why he used the treatment he did, had confidence in it, and it worked. Bryan came out to investigate wasps that had become a daily issue, getting into our living room. He searched the entire house, including the attic, and discovered a small gap in our siding that was allowing them access to the attic. He treated the area, and we've now been wasp free for over a week. He even came by a week later to check that it was effective. He's clearly spent time understanding the local insects, and has a wealth of knowledge on their habits and behaviors. The only pest control solution I'll use from now.
