They never answer the calls or call you back.
Exceptionally friendly, explained everything start to finish. Cares about you and your end results and scars. I would highly recommend giving them a try, if you want a caring staff.
This office is so friendly and efficient. They have been taking care of my daughter for the last year and have been so helpful and kind. We have never had to wait more than 10 min in the lobby. So when I asked to be seen as a a patient as well. They got me in that same day and got me all taken care of. Thank you so much for everything you ladies do!
This place is a joke! They had my 19 month olds referral since Oct and had never called me to make an appt (it was February) come to find out they discriminate against soonercare patients and if you have that insurance you have to wait for their “special schedule” which I’m pretty sure is against some law. Fast forward my daughter has an appt and we have all of this snow and I’m just trying to find out if they are in office and the communication is HORRIBLE!
