my therapist Patrick is doing good so far in my therapy sessions but the absolute biggest issue i have with epiphany is the receptionist Marissa who absolutely lied in her narrative of an interaction i had with her 2 weeks ago. when i asked for a grievance form, i was told that there was no form, but to call during the day and speak to paula. after talking to paula, i was told that it would be handed over to leadership or the director who would then decide what to do. I would like to thank all the Epiphany staff Counseling. I have no words to express my gratitude for everything they did for me, especially Mrs. Juana, she is an ANGEL who change my life. From the bottom of my heart I thank her for all the help and support she gave me in each of her therapy sessions, I carry each one in my heart because they changed day by day the way I deal with my anxiety, thank you so much and God bless you.

Went for a year and a half for anxiety and It's just gotten so much worse since going here and I would partially attribute it to going here. I developed an intense anxious reaction to therapy over the course of the year and a half going here . The app they have you download logged me out one day and I couldn't log back in, I told my therapist about this and it was never resolved. my pleas for switching from weekly to bi-weekly to make going more emotionally manageable were ignored, I asked to lighten up sessions with more ga... read more
