The front office lady name Ri is amazing. She is so caring and handles the client she is speaking with down to a T. She went above and beyond my expectations and help me figure out a couple things I needed help with plus more she is an angel and a star good job 🥳🥳🥳 you need a raise if I wasn’t broke, I would give you some money you are a prime example of what it means when people say they love their job because I know you do thank you
I've had the best experience with Epiphany Counseling. It was quick and easy for them to check my information and set up my first appointment. Everything was communicated clearly and efficiently. I also love my therapist, Sydney. She has been so helpful and instrumental to my healing.
This place is terrible. I guess they got a contract to provide services to homeless clients at the Upward Bound House Family Shelter (UBH), where I live. They had me see an intern who named Shantie who tried to convince me that maybe I don't need therapy. I explained that I wanted to continue seeing a therapist regularly because I am diagnosed with PTSD and nothing was scheduled in theratap.
