With a gorgeous view of the Oakland Bay Bridge, the interior of Epic Roasthouse is a stunning accomplishment by famed restaurant entrepreneur Pat Kuleto. There are large windows, rich fabrics, and a large fireplace making the restaurant warm and inviting. A very busy place, if you don't have reservations the wait can be quite long. Luckily there is a full bar upstairs at which you can wait and have a selection of fine wines or cocktails. For dinner try the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Steak or the Tuscan Style Porterhouse Steak.

Unfortunately the item I ordered was of very poor quality and I was extremely disappointed. The steak was not ground well and was full of grizzle. I noticed when I tried to cut my burger in half it wouldn’t allow the knife to cut it. I tried to take the burger apart and eat it with a knife & fork but I was really turned off at that point by the look of the meat. I also asked for the special bernaise sauce for my fries and it never materialized. In all fairness the didn’t charge me for the burger.

One of best steak I ever had.
I split the burger and a peach salad with my girlfriend on a beautiful day in San Francisco. The food was incredible. The service was excellent. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.
