Lori was very helpful throughout the Move in process
Huron River apartments: Never had a worse experience renting in my life. Completely unprofessional and they clearly can't keep a manager for very long considering there's been at least 4 in the past year. Each not really seeming to know much about their job AT ALL. For starters, they did not have the unit cleaned. The carpets weren't even vacuumed and I had to rent a carpet cleaner from Lowe's and do it myself. Stay away from these apartments never ever rent from here they will not fix anything. Have had an ongoing AC issue since I moved in a year ago they still have not fixed it every time I turned my AC on I have to call Maintenance and they don’t come until days later here it is 90° heat and they still have not fixed my A/C and have not returned my call
